My approach to treatment is a blend of structural and functional osteopathic techniques as well as Sports Injury management which includes continual biomechanical assessment to measure your progress.
The practice has a special interest in the management and treatment of Shoulder and Knee injuries as well as chronic and acute Back problems. Treatment is as individual as you and I can offer additional exercise and conditioning advice to aid recovery and help avoid future injury.
Dry Needling Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping, Ultra sound and Interferential Therapy (IFT / IFC) are available to complement treatment sessions.
The practice is family orientated and I have clients of all ages and backgrounds as well as athletes from novices to elite level.
